Matti demonstrated extensive professional knowledge, explained every detail patiently, compared products in a matter-of-fact and clear manner, and made sure we chose the product that best suited us – not the most expensive, but the most appropriate.
There was no pressure, no games, no empty promises – just real advice, full transparency and genuine care.
