Основное блюдо (мясо, хумус, картофель фри и фокачча) было вкусным и большим. Цена была соответствующей.
Салат был несвежим.
Но было очень жарко, и вентиляторы не могли охладить балкон в полдень. Внутри был кондиционер, но он очень шумел и пах едой.
Потребовалось время, чтобы получить еду. Включая первые блюда.

The main course (meat, hummus, fries, and focaccia) was delicious and generous. The price was reasonable.
The salad was stale.
But it was very hot, and the fans couldn't cool the balcony at midday. There was air conditioning inside, but it was very noisy and smelled of food.
It took a while to get the food, including the entrees.

המנה העיקרית (בשר, חומוס, צ'יפס ופוקצ'ה) היתה טעימה וגדולה. המחיר בהתאם.
הסלט לא היה טרי.
אבל- היה חם ממש והמאווררים לא מספיקים לקרר את המרפסת בצהריים. בפנים היה מזגן אבל רועש מאד ומסריח מאוכל.
לקח המממווון זמן לקבל את האוכל. כולל את המנות הראשונות.

Service horrible ils nous ont placé à une table dans un coin où il n’y avait pas de clim sous 40 degrés le soir alors qu’on avait réservé à l’avance on a commandé une tonne mais on a pas pu manger car on se sentait pas bien avec la chaleur pourtant toutes les autres table avec des mazganim ! On c plaint à plusieurs reprise et une fois qu’on a demander l’addition ils ont installé la clim le patron une horreur presque il m’a hurler dessu alors qu’il était en tort !!! Bien évidemment aucun geste commercial pour l’addition qui était très salée sachant en plus qu’on a pratiquement pas toucher nos assiettes tellement on dégouliner !!! Brefff on y retournera pas !!!!

Место нас очень разочаровало. Мы заказали стейк и утку, и стейк принесли почти сырым через 50 минут ожидания. Когда мы вернули блюдо, им потребовалось ещё пятнадцать минут, чтобы вернуть стейк, и он был не намного лучше приготовлен. Несмотря на это, хрустящая утка была очень вкусной.
Официантка почти не подходила к нашему столику, разве что чтобы принести еду, и поймать её было сложно.
Внутри ресторана царит толпа, даже немного клаустрофобная, и шумно. Короче говоря, за такую цену крайне не рекомендуем сюда приходить.

We were very disappointed with this place. We ordered steak and duck, and the steak arrived almost raw after a 50-minute wait. When we returned the dish, it took another fifteen minutes to return the steak, which wasn't much better cooked. Despite this, the crispy duck was delicious.
The waitress rarely came to our table except to bring food, and it was difficult to catch her.
The restaurant is crowded, even a little claustrophobic, and noisy. In short, for this price, we highly recommend not coming here.

המקום היה מאוד מאכזב. הזמנו סטייק וברווז, והסטייק הגיע כמעט נא אחרי 50 דקות שחיכינו. כשהחזרנו את המנה, לקח להם עוד רבע שעה להחזיר את הסטייק- והוא לא היה הרבה יותר עשוי בכל מקרה. למרות זאת, הברווז הפריך היה מאוד טעים.
המלצרית לא הגיעה לשולחן שלנו כמעט בכלל חוץ מלהביא אוכל, והיה קשה לתפוס אותה.
בתוך המסעדה יש תחושה צפופה ואפילו קצת קלאוסטרופובית, ורועש בפנים. בקיצור- ביחס למחיר, מאוד לא מומלץ להגיע לאכול פה.

The portions are really big !!
The taste was good (nothing to fancy though).
The service was okay , we had to wait a bit till we got our menus, but the food arrived quickly.
The view from the restaurant is great , you are located on the lake. .there are not much gluten free options , but we found something and it was okay .

Такого неуважительного и унизительного обращения мы ещё не встречали! Вчера вечером мы сели за столик впятером, заказали 3 блюда в воке, 2 бургера и картошку фри. Вок принесли довольно быстро, а вот бургер мы ждали долго. Примерно через 40 минут, когда блюда так и не принесли, а за соседним столиком, где сидело больше 10 человек, уже начали подавать свои «жареные» блюда, мы пожаловались и несколько раз просили позвать управляющего. И здесь тоже пришлось ждать какое-то время, и только через 5-10 минут, когда принесли наши блюда, с ними появился администратор или владелец заведения. Его обращение было унизительным и неуважительным. Он просто кричал на нас: «Кто нас будет слушать, мы ждали 40 минут, что случилось, и вы можете себе представить, какие проблемы!», «Что мы тут кино устраиваем...» и т.д. и т.п. Он был совершенно невнимателен, просто кричал и бросался на нас. Это вызвало крики других посетителей ресторана и требование тишины. Мы были в шоке от такого поведения! Бургер был едва готов, хотя мы и просили «хорошо прожаренный». Само собой, мы не осмелились ничего попросить, доели и ушли.
Цена также довольно высокая: бургер стоил 89 шекелей за булочку без каких-либо дополнительных услуг.
Внутри ресторана царит неприятное ощущение: толпа и очень шумно. Мы сюда больше не вернёмся!

We've never encountered such disrespectful and humiliating treatment! Last night, five of us sat at a table and ordered three wok dishes, two burgers, and fries. The wok arrived fairly quickly, but we waited a long time for the burger. About 40 minutes later, when the dishes still hadn't arrived, and the neighboring table, where there were more than 10 people, was already starting to receive their fried dishes, we complained and repeatedly asked for the manager. We also had to wait a while, and only after 5-10 minutes, when our dishes arrived, did the manager or owner of the establishment appear with them. His treatment was humiliating and disrespectful. He simply yelled at us: "Who's going to listen to us? We've been waiting for 40 minutes. What happened? Can you imagine the problems?", "Are we even putting on a movie here?", and so on and so forth. He was completely inattentive, simply yelling and attacking us. This prompted shouts from other restaurant patrons and demands for silence. We were shocked by this behavior! The burger was barely cooked, even though we'd asked for it "well done." Needless to say, we didn't dare ask for anything else, finished our food, and left.
The price was also quite high: the burger cost 89 shekels per bun without any extras.
The restaurant had an unpleasant atmosphere inside: crowded and very noisy. We won't be coming back!

כזה יחס מזלזל ומשפיל מעולם לא קיבלנו! התיישבנו אתמול בערב 5 אנשים, הזמנו 3 מנות ווק ו2 מנות המבורגר וצ'יפס. המנות ווק יצאו די מהר, אך להמבורגר חיכינו המון זמן. לאחר כ-40 דק שהמנות לא יצאו ושולחן לידנו של מעל 10 אנשים כבר החל לקבל את מנות ה"על האש" שלו התלוננו וביקשנו מס' פעמים לקרוא למנהל המקום. גם פה לקח זמן עד שהתייחסו אלינו, רק לאחר כ5-10 דק כשהגיעו המנות שלנו, הגיע איתם גם האחראי או בעל המקום. היחס שלו היה משפיל ומזלזל, הוא פשוט צעק עלינו ש"מי ישמע, אז חיכינו 40 דק, מה קרה, ואפשר לחשוב איזה בעיות" ו"מה אנחנו עושים סרט מזה..." וכו' וכו' לא היה קשוב בשום צורה, פשוט צעק והשתלח בנו. מה שגרם לשאר הסועדים במסעדה לצעוק ולבקש שקט. היינו בהלם מההתנהלות! ההמבורגר כמעט ולא היה עשוי למרות שביקשנו מידת עשייה טובה. מיותר לציין שלא העזנו כבר לבקש דבר, סיימנו לאכול ויצאנו משם.
גם המחיר די גבוה, ההמבורגר עלה 89 ש"ח להמבורגר בלחמנייה בלבד ללא שום תוספת.
בתוך המסעדה יש תחושה לא נעימה, המונית, ומאד רועש. אנחנו לכאן לא נחזור!

Sympathique mais service plus qu’affreux pas un de sympathique ils te boycottent y’a pas un truc de bien dans le service

My wife and I arrived on a Saturday night without a reservation. We expected to wait for a table to open up, but we were seated promptly upon arrival, and our table had a nice view of the water. The menu is a little on the pricier side, but the portion sizes are quite generous and the food is absolutely worth the cost. I ordered the duck and my wife ordered the chicken, and we enjoyed both dishes immensely. The food arrived within ten minutes of ordering. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful, she checked on us a few times throughout the evening without being pushy. Overall an enjoyable experience and we will definitely be returning.
Also, US ambassador Mike Huckabee was sitting two tables over from us, and the restaurant played "God Bless the USA" on repeat for a good five minutes after he left. Huge bonus in my book.

Мы специально приехали с Голанских высот, в часе езды, предварительно позвонив им, чтобы убедиться, что есть место и нужное нам меню (рыбное).
Нам сказали, что это ресторан свежей рыбы, но мы с разочарованием обнаружили, что, кроме двух блюд, там нет ничего, связанного с рыбой. Просто шок!
Мы встали и пошли в ресторан, который уважает себя и своих посетителей.

We made the special trip from the Golan Heights, an hour's drive away, calling ahead to make sure they had a place and the menu we wanted (fish).
We were told it was a fresh fish restaurant, but we were disappointed to discover that, aside from two dishes, there was nothing fish-related. Absolutely shocking!
We got up and went to a restaurant that respects itself and its customers.

הגענו במיוחד מרמת הגולן שעה נסיעה, אחרי שצלצלנו אליהם מראש לוודא שיש מקום וסוג התפריט שאנו מחפשים(דגים)
נאמר לנו שזו מסעדת דגים טריים, התאכזבנו לגלות שחוץ מ2 מנות אין כל קשר לדג, פשוט מזעזע.
קמנו והלכנו למסעדה שמכבדת את עצמה ואת לקוחותיה

רחוק מלהיות אסיאתי. אבל טעים לפה הישראלי. המלצריות אדיבות... אבל בעלת המסעדה צורחת ללא הפסקה ומעשנת במסעדה

It was a very bad experience, the food was less than average, the service was awful, the staff is unprofessional and un attentive
