I'm so thankful, everybody was extremely helpful from the beginning. They didn't have an appointment online, so sent an email to them. I got a response within a day or two with all the information I needed and they were pretty fast with the appointment too. You can't go in without an appointment The 2 ladies that were in the office were the absolute sweetest. I had to get different documents and had to figure out something with my passport and they were just really there for me, trying their best to make sure I get everything. It's quite pricey, if you need the Hungarian documents to be translated to English, so maybe ask beforehand, just to be aware of it. My passport renewal was 350 ILS.
