UNO is the great Italian training center in Tel Aviv, and it is located in the heart of the city, in the accessible and pleasant area of ​​the courts and the library. Everyone is crazy about Italian cuisine, and the UNO restaurant proves time and time again that if it's Italian cuisine then it should be like hers - with diverse, dairy and surprising food, which allows for a one-time experience of a perfect meal. The kitchen of the UNO restaurant, whose concept was initially built by chef Nitzan Raz, is currently led by chef Benny Ashkenazi, who introduced a young and innovative spirit to the menu. All the dishes are prepared on the spot and are characterized by a perfect balance between traditional and ancient Italy and modern and contemporary dishes, while paying great attention to the freshness and quality of the raw materials. The result is - a celebration of exciting flavors in every bite or taste of the satisfying and fascinating dishes and all in a pleasant and hearty atmosphere.
