The All-day menu was created to ensure that guests can experience the widest range of dishes that suit any moment, apetite or taste. The chefs’ culinary journeys starting from the Galilee region of Israel and their professional experience working in European restaurants are evident in the ingredients used and the creativity of the dishes . Classic dishes have been reinvented to create a unique Alena authenticity, featuring light dishes, vegan friendly dishes, pizza, main course dishes of aged meat, fresh fish, seafood, homemade pasta dishes and sublime desserts made in-house by our pastry chef.
The Norman Wine List, awarded the accolade of best wine list in Israel for 4 consecutive years and curated by our in-house Sommelière, offers a superb range of local and international wines, as well as Alena’s own white & rosé wines, created in collaboration with Amphorae winery. Одно из мест, куда я возвращаюсь снова и снова. Приятная атмосфера, внимательное обслуживание, прекрасная еда и ощущение настоящего праздника с каждым посещением. Обожаю это место. Каждая деталь продумана до мелочей, от вкусов до подачи блюд, особенно столики на открытом воздухе. Очень дорого, но для тех, кто ищет изысканное угощение по особому случаю, оно того стоит.

Very average experience for an hotel which is supposed to be one of the best hotels and provide you with a premium / high-end experience.

Absolutely amazing experience at Alena in The Norman Hotel! Imri and his entire team were outstanding,so warm, attentive, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was a delight. Service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Мы начали ужинать в 18:00. Волшебная атмосфера — было так комфортно и приятно находиться там. Официанты выглядят великолепно, не как в ресторане Kapusoski в мятой рубашке. Отличное обслуживание, вкусная еда, но атмосфера всё компенсировала. Отличная винная карта.

The service was excellent, the food was delicious, but the atmosphere made up for it. The wine list was excellent.

Я был там на завтраке во второй раз, и первый раз запомнился лучше. Выбор блюд совсем небольшой, а те, что есть, подаются без особых изысков (например, омлет из двух яиц без гарнира), и к тому же неоправданно дорогие. Мы заказали хлебную корзину примерно за 50 шекелей, а хлеб даже не прогрелся. Сырная тарелка тоже стоит немало, но в итоге оказалась совсем маленькой. Обслуживание, без сомнения, превосходное.
Короче говоря, очень разочаровало, мы больше сюда не придём.

הייתי פעם שניה בארוחת הבוקר וזכרתי את הפעם הראשונה יותר טוב. אין בכלל הרבה אופציות והאופציות שכן יש מגיעות בלי יותר מדי תוספות (למשל חביתת 2 ביצים שמגיעה בלי שום דבר בצד) ובנוסף הן יקרות בלי הצדקה. מזמינים סלסילת לחמים שעולה משהו כמו 50 שקל והלחמים אפילו לא חמים. פלטת גבינות שגם עולה לא מעט והיא בסוף ממש קטנה. השירות מעולה אין ספק.

В пятницу мы с друзьями пошли в ресторан, и нам очень понравилось. Расслабляющая атмосфера, хорошая музыка, позволяющая спокойно посидеть, поговорить и не кричать. Обслуживание было вежливым и профессиональным, блюда приносили быстро и были очень вкусными.
Заметили лишь один небольшой недостаток: тыквенные тортеллини оказались немного недоваренными, на наш вкус, но персонал тут же и с улыбкой заменил их на другие, что, безусловно, приятно.
Филе сибаса и венский шницель из телятины тоже не пришлись мне по вкусу. Стоит попробовать другие основные блюда
Цены соответствуют качеству блюд, и в целом всё было приятно. Расположение ресторана в отеле Norman, который сам по себе тоже очаровательное и красиво оформленное место, только добавляет атмосферы.
My friends and I went to the restaurant on Friday and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was relaxed, with good music allowing us to sit quietly, talk, and avoid shouting. The service was polite and professional, the food arrived quickly, and it was delicious.
We only noticed one minor issue: the pumpkin tortellini were a bit undercooked for our taste, but the staff promptly and smilingly replaced them, which was certainly a nice touch.
The sea bass fillet and veal schnitzel also weren't to my liking. I'd definitely try the other main courses.
The prices are commensurate with the quality of the food, and overall, everything was enjoyable. The restaurant's location in the Norman Hotel, which is itself a charming and beautifully decorated place, only adds to the ambiance.

Хочу поделиться впечатлениями от празднования юбилея нашей несравненной Виктории в ресторане «Алёна» при гостинице «Норман». Скажу сразу: место отличное , всегда приятно вернуться ! Расположенный в самом сердце Тель‑Авива, ресторан встречает гостей приятной атмосферой — видно, что каждая деталь продумана для комфорта и уюта . Интерьер элегантный, но не перегруженный, свет мягкий, музыка ненавязчивая — в общем, идеальные декорации для праздника или просто ужина .
Обслуживание, надо признать, поначалу показалось немного строгим — персонал держится с достоинством, без лишней фамильярности. Но стоит только начать диалог, как лёд тает: официанты становятся приветливыми, охотно советуют блюда, поддерживают беседу. Такое ощущение, что они специально держат «холодную» дистанцию для сохранения статуса заведения, но при личном общении раскрываются с лучшей стороны.
Что касается кухни — тут прекрасные эмоции! Основные блюда просто великолепны: идеально выверенные порции, приятная подача, гармония вкусов.
А вот десерт, к сожалению не поразил в самое сердце . Мы ожидали чего‑то по‑настоящему праздничного, с изюминкой, но получили довольно стандартное блюдо без особого шарма. Возможно, стоит пересмотреть десертное меню — добавить больше креативных решений или авторских интерпретаций классических рецептов.
В целом же вечер удался на все 100%! Сочетание локации, атмосферы, кухни , шампанского и сервиса создало прекрасный праздник. «Алёна» — это место, куда хочется возвращаться, чтобы отмечать самые важные события или просто для встретиться с друзьями и конечно для романтической встречи . Однозначно рекомендую для любых случаев!
I'd like to share my impressions of our incomparable Victoria's anniversary celebration at the Alena restaurant at the Norman Hotel. I'll say right away: the place is excellent; it's always a pleasure to return! Located in the heart of Tel Aviv, the restaurant greets guests with a pleasant atmosphere—it's clear that every detail has been thought through for comfort and coziness. The interior is elegant but not overly cluttered, the lighting is soft, and the music is unobtrusive—in short, the perfect setting for a celebration or just a dinner.
The service, admittedly, seemed a bit stiff at first—the staff maintained a dignified demeanor, without being overly familiar. But once you start a conversation, the ice melts: the waiters become welcoming, eager to recommend dishes, and engage in conversation. It feels as if they're deliberately maintaining a "cool" distance to maintain the establishment's status, but when you interact with them in person, they truly shine.
As for the food, it's a wonderful experience! The main courses were simply superb: perfectly proportioned portions, beautifully presented, and a harmonious blend of flavors.
Unfortunately, the dessert didn't quite capture our hearts. We were expecting something truly festive, with a twist, but what we got was a rather standard dish without much charm. Perhaps the dessert menu should be reconsidered—introducing more creative options or signature interpretations of classic recipes.
Overall, the evening was a 100% success! The combination of location, atmosphere, cuisine, champagne, and service created a wonderful celebration. "Alena" is a place you'll want to return to, whether to celebrate the most important events, simply to meet up with friends, or, of course, for a romantic date. I definitely recommend it for any occasion!

В целом же вечер удался на все 100%! Сочетание локации, атмосферы, кухни , шампанского и сервиса создало прекрасный праздник. «Алёна» — это место, куда хочется возвращаться, чтобы отмечать самые важные события или просто для встретиться с друзьями и конечно для романтической встречи . Однозначно рекомендую для любых случаев!
I'd like to share my impressions of our incomparable Victoria's anniversary celebration at the Alena restaurant at the Norman Hotel. I'll say right away: the place is excellent; it's always a pleasure to return! Located in the heart of Tel Aviv, the restaurant greets guests with a pleasant atmosphere—it's clear that every detail has been thought through for comfort and coziness. The interior is elegant but not overly cluttered, the lighting is soft, and the music is unobtrusive—in short, the perfect setting for a celebration or just a dinner.
The service, admittedly, seemed a bit stiff at first—the staff maintained a dignified demeanor, without being overly familiar. But once you start a conversation, the ice melts: the waiters become welcoming, eager to recommend dishes, and engage in conversation. It feels as if they're deliberately maintaining a "cool" distance to maintain the establishment's status, but when you interact with them in person, they truly shine.
As for the food, it's a wonderful experience! The main courses were simply superb: perfectly proportioned portions, beautifully presented, and a harmonious blend of flavors.
Unfortunately, the dessert didn't quite capture our hearts. We were expecting something truly festive, with a twist, but what we got was a rather standard dish without much charm. Perhaps the dessert menu should be reconsidered—introducing more creative options or signature interpretations of classic recipes.
Overall, the evening was a 100% success! The combination of location, atmosphere, cuisine, champagne, and service created a wonderful celebration. "Alena" is a place you'll want to return to, whether to celebrate the most important events, simply to meet up with friends, or, of course, for a romantic date. I definitely recommend it for any occasion!

Ресторан «Елена» расположен на первом этаже роскошного и красивого отеля «Норман».
Атмосфера здесь очень приятная и непринужденная, как и обслуживание.
Еда просто великолепна.
Кукурузный салат был просто потрясающим. Настоящее пиршество вкусов.
Я был в «Елене» второй раз и уверен, что вернусь снова.
