התקבלתי בהתאם לתור שקבעתי על הדקה, הרכב היה מוכן כולל שטיפה תוך 3 שעות,
, קפה טוב וטיפול מקצועי. מרכז השירות נראה מסודר ומקצועי. ממליץ לבעלי וולוו, הונדה ולינק אנד קו.

Сервисный центр, аккуратный, чистый и красивый.
Поставил машину в кузовной ремонт из-за аварии на левом крыле.
Я сразу получил подменный автомобиль от компании Hertz, который находится там же, в одном из офисов.
Через 3 дня машина готова, я приехал, припарковал машину в углу и вижу потертость в том же углу, где была авария, я очень разозлился, позвонил менеджеру Хонды и попросил его выйти со мной посмотреть, он не хотел выходить смотреть, пока не приехал менеджер кузовного цеха.
Когда мы вышли к машине, к счастью это была легкая потертость, к тому же на черном пластике в нескольких местах была краска от покраски, а кроме того крыло вокруг него не менялось и оно потерлось от аварии. Мы спросили, почему ответ оценщик не сказал заменить. Я рассказал им, почему вы, как профессионалы, не говорите, что мы не делаем половину работы.
Я немедленно позвонил оценщику, и он одобрил замену.
А пока отвезли машину на полировку и очистку краски в упомянутых местах.
Машина оказалась приемлемой на 90%, что меня удовлетворило. А мне сказали, что крыльевого щитка нет на складе и его нужно заказывать из Японии и доставка будет идти две недели.
Через две недели щит был заменен.
Обслуживание на уровне, старались максимально угодить.
Администратор на стойке регистрации терпим и приятен, консультант по обслуживанию Хабиб, отвечающий за кузовные работы, приятен и хочет помочь.
Снял одну звезду, потому что не надо было попадать в такую ситуацию.

לאחר 3 ימים הרכב מוכן, הגעתי לשם חנו את הרכב בפינה ואני רואה שפשוף באותו פינה שהיה התאונה התעצבנתי מאוד וקראתי למנהל הונדה ביקשתי שיצא איתי לראות הוא לא רצה לצאת לראות עד שהגיע מנהל הפחחות.
שיצאנו לרכב למזלנו זה היה שפשוף קל, בנוסף היה צבע מהצביעה על פלסטיק שחור בכמה מקומות, ובנוסף מגן הכנף מסביב לא הוחלף שקיבל שפשוף מהתאונה. שאלנו למה התשובה השמאי לא אמר להחליף. אמרתי להם למה אתם כבעלי מקצוע לא אומרים אנחנו לא עושים חצי עבודה.
ישר התקשרתי לשמאי והוא אישר להחליף.
בנתיים לקחו את הרכב לפוליש ולניקוי הצבע במקומות שהוזכר.
הרכב יצא סביר 90% לשביעות רצוני. ונאמר לי שמגן הכנף לא נמצא במלאי וצריך להזמין מיפן ויקח שבועיים עד שיגיע.
כעבור שבועיים הוחלף המגן.
השירות היה בסדר ניסו לרצות אותי כמה שאפשר.
הפקידה בקבלה סובלנית ונחמדה יועץ השירות חביב שאחראי על הפחחות נחמד ורוצה לעזור.

When we went out to the car, fortunately it was a slight scuff, in addition, there was paint from painting in several places on the black plastic, and in addition, the fender around it was not changed and it was scuffed from the accident. We asked why the appraiser did not say to replace. I told them why you, as professionals, do not say that we do not do half the work.
I immediately called the appraiser, and he approved the replacement.
In the meantime, they took the car for polishing and cleaning the paint in the mentioned places.
The car turned out to be 90% acceptable, which satisfied me. And they told me that the fender shield was not in stock and needed to be ordered from Japan and the delivery would take two weeks.
The shield was replaced two weeks later.
The service was at a high level, they tried to please as much as possible.
The administrator at the reception desk was patient and pleasant, the service consultant Khabib, who is responsible for body work, was pleasant and wanted to help.
I took off one star because I should not have gotten into such a situation.

הכנסתי את הרכב לפחחות עקב תאונה בכנף שמאל.
קיבלתי מיד רכב חליפי מחברת הרץ שנמצא שם באחד המשרדים.
לאחר 3 ימים הרכב מוכן, הגעתי לשם חנו את הרכב בפינה ואני רואה שפשוף באותו פינה שהיה התאונה התעצבנתי מאוד וקראתי למנהל הונדה ביקשתי שיצא איתי לראות הוא לא רצה לצאת לראות עד שהגיע מנהל הפחחות.
שיצאנו לרכב למזלנו זה היה שפשוף קל, בנוסף היה צבע מהצביעה על פלסטיק שחור בכמה מקומות, ובנוסף מגן הכנף מסביב לא הוחלף שקיבל שפשוף מהתאונה. שאלנו למה התשובה השמאי לא אמר להחליף. אמרתי להם למה אתם כבעלי מקצוע לא אומרים אנחנו לא עושים חצי עבודה.
ישר התקשרתי לשמאי והוא אישר להחליף.
בנתיים לקחו את הרכב לפוליש ולניקוי הצבע במקומות שהוזכר.
הרכב יצא סביר 90% לשביעות רצוני. ונאמר לי שמגן הכנף לא נמצא במלאי וצריך להזמין מיפן ויקח שבועיים עד שיגיע.
כעבור שבועיים הוחלף המגן.
השירות היה בסדר ניסו לרצות אותי כמה שאפשר.
הפקידה בקבלה סובלנית ונחמדה יועץ השירות חביב שאחראי על הפחחות נחמד ורוצה לעזור.
הורדתי כוכב אחד כי לא צריך להגיע לסיטואציה שהיה.
