And what service I received… wow. No posturing, no high-flown talk, with patience to explain everything, with high-level, thorough work, and most importantly? Reliability.

And what they fix is really fixed.

I had a car accident with my new scooter, through insurance I sent it to a Sarusi garage for repair.
After a month they said I could come and pick it up, it turns out that the accident destroyed the fuel tank opening mechanism, so instead of replacing it, they put a wire to open it...
I got there, 50 minutes each way, I came back without the scooter.
A second time I came back a week later, they again didn't replace a few panels, I said I wasn't ready to accept the scooter like that.
A third time I came to pick it up and at home I discovered that the Ituran and the road camera that were installed were not working properly...
I went to the store where I bought it, they told me that the garage didn't connect the camera wires. To provide power to the camera.
Today I went to sell the scooter to another garage, so it turned out that the parts they put in for me during the repair were not original! And the TCS system doesn't work.
In short, get a new scooter for repair and they just worked on me, in nice words...
In short, beware of them!
עברתי תאונת דרכים עם הקטנוע חדש, דרך הביטוח שלחתי אותו לתיקון למוסך סרוסי.
אחרי חודש אמרו שאפשר לבוא לקחת, מסתבר שבגלל התאונה נהרס מנגנון פתיחת מיכל דלק, אז במקום להחליף אותו, הם שמו חוט לפתיחה...
הגעתי עד לשם, 50 דק כל צד, חזרתי בלי קטנוע.
פעם שניה חזרתי בעוד שבוע , שוב לא החליפו כמה פנלים, אמרתי שלא מוכן לקבל ככה את הקטנוע.
פעם שלישית באתי לקחת ובבית גיליתי שלא עובדים טוב איטוראן ומצלמת דרך שהייתה מותקנת ....
נסעתי לחנות שממנה קניתי אותה, אמרו לי שבמוסך לא חברו את החוטים של המצלמה .לספק כוח של המצלמה.
היום הלכתי למכור את הקטנוע למוסך אחר, אז התגלה שהם חלקים ששמו לי בתיקון לא
מקוריים! ומערכת
TCS לא עובדת.
קיצור קבלו קטנוע חדש לתיקון ופשוט עבדו עלי, במלים היפות...
בקיצור תיזהרו מהם!
