From the first meeting, Gadi received me with great patience, sat with me for almost an hour, explained, gave a real and professional opinion on several scooters and helped me choose the scooter that best suited me and my needs – without pressure and without vested interests.
The entire buying process was done in the most convenient and clear way I could ask for. Gadi made sure that the scooter reached me in the fastest time, including installing all the extras I requested, and was available throughout the way for any questions or requests – even the smallest ones.
Beyond that, he understood that I was an active reservist after a long period of service, and made sure I got the best possible prices, along with treats and adjustments to my needs related to the scooter. This is not taken for granted and is very much appreciated.
The purchase was made about a month ago, and even after the purchase – with more questions, inquiries and things around – Gadi remained available, helpful and took care of everything as if the purchase had been made yesterday.
After checking out several places, it was important to me to buy from someone I knew I would receive genuine service from even after the purchase – and in this I have no doubt hit the mark.

כבר מהפגישה הראשונה גדי קיבל אותי בסבלנות רבה, ישב איתי כמעט שעה, הסביר, נתן חוות דעת אמיתית ומקצועית על כמה קטנועים ועזר לי לבחור את הקטנוע שהכי מתאים לי ולצרכים שלי – בלי לחץ ובלי אינטרסים.
כל תהליך הקנייה נעשה בצורה הכי נוחה וברורה שיכולתי לבקש. גדי דאג שהקטנוע יגיע אליי בזמן המהיר ביותר, כולל התקנת כל התוספות שביקשתי, והיה זמין לאורך כל הדרך לכל שאלה או בקשה – גם הקטנות ביותר.
מעבר לזה, הוא הבין שאני מילואימניק פעיל אחרי תקופה ממושכת של שירות, ודאג לי למחירים הכי טובים שאפשר, יחד עם פינוקים והתאמות לצרכים שלי שקשורים לקטנוע. זה לא מובן מאליו ומאוד מוערך.
