Mike Electronics

We bought a lot of appliances from Mike for our new apartment: washer/dryer; refrigerator; hob; oven; hood; dishwasher. Mike is super knowledgeable and helpful. Good prices. Quick delivery.

Even as important, the after-purchase care was great. We had a problem with the range hood because the installer we used (not from Mike) damaged the item and we had to have it repaired. Because our installer damaged the unit when it was installed, this was not covered by our warranty. Recomendation: Mike does have installers--use them!

Avi, the gentleman who works at Mike Electronics and who helps with service matters, spent a lot of time negotiating a good repair price and got us a great deal. He went well above what he had to do to help us. He got their licensed service company to repair the unit and install it and give us a new one year guarantee.
