הזמנתי לפני שבוע שתי פיצות משפחתיות, שהגיעו קרות וצמיגיות ולא ראויות למאכל. התקשרתי בכדי לברר את פשר העניין נאמר לי שהיה עמוס ולכן הגיע קר. הציעו שבהזמנה הבאה יתנו לנו מגש נוסף ללא תשלום. הזמנתי שוב וציינתי את מה שסיכמו איתי…הנציג הנחמד שדיברתי איתו ממש גיכך כאשר שמע את מה שאמרתי לו, שהתייעץ עם המנהל המנהל אמר ״תנו להם תוספת חינם״. פשוט שכונה.
