- I have heard so many mixed reviews about car rental companies in Israel, but I had a good experience. They staff were kind and helpful. I had an issue with one gas station charging me $188 USD and they called and figured out it was a hold on my credit card, which is apparently normal here. Also, I filled the tank before I returned it, but the dial didn't reflect it being full. They messed around tring to fix it, but utimately believed me and I appreciated that.

We got tea and coffee offered. The way to Shlomo Sixt is easy. You can watch videos on youtube how to get there from route 1 and route 40. They made it very excelente. I would book again from Shlomo.

- I had a very smooth experience with Shlomo Sixt. I picked up the car around 3am; the process was quick and efficient. Originally I didn't want to take any insurance, but since it was a business expense for me I took their full insurance. I didn't feel like the agent tried to upsell me anything though, he just calmly went over all the numbers. When returning the car, it is very well inspected. Even though I didn't damage the car, I felt actually good that I got the insurance. The car itself was new, clean and well functioning.
