Excellent service. I needed to fix my child's bike, left it there and in the end I was only charged 50 shekels because it was a very minimal repair. In addition, they made sure that all the other parts of the bike were in good condition, inflated the tires and repositioned the seat for me with courtesy and excellent treatment. Highly recommended!

שירות מעולה. הייתי צריך לתקן את האופניים של הילד, השארתי אותם שם ובסוף חויבתי רק על 50 שקל כי היה תיקון ממש מינימלי. בנוסף דאגו שכל שאר החלקים של האופניים תקינים, ניפחו צמיגים ומיקמו לי מחדש את המושב באדיבות וביחס מעולה. מומלץ ביותר!

Unfortunately, I too fell victim to the successful method that Uno Bikes advocates. I came to the store twice. The first time I had a flat tire on my scooter that they claimed could not be repaired but could only be replaced with a new one at a cost of 200 NIS. Three weeks later I arrived with another flat tire and they offered to replace the tire because it was impossible to repair, of course. I left the scooter with them and returned to pick it up a few hours later. Surprisingly, when I returned, I discovered that they were charging me 350 NIS for the exact same tire. Of course, they didn't bother to inform me before the price changed. After a fight with the store owner, he offered to dismantle the new tire and return the old one with the flat tire without repair at a cost of only 100 NIS for his "work." In short, shocking, horrible service, don't go anywhere near it!

לצערי גם אני נפלתי קורבן לשיטת מצליח שאונו בייקס דוגלים בה, הגעתי לחנות פעמיים. בפעם הראשונה היה לי פנצ׳ר בגלגל של הקורקינט שלטענתם לא היה ניתן לתקן אלא רק להחליף לגלגל חדש בעלות של 200₪ , שלושה שבועות אחרי זה אני מגיעה עם פנצ׳ר נוסף ומציעים לי להחליף את הגלגל כי אי אפשר לתקן כמובן, השארתי אצלם את הקורקינט וחזרתי לאסוף אחרי כמה שעות ולמרבה הפלא שחזרתי גיליתי שדורשים ממני ל350₪ לאותו גלגל בדיוק. כמובן שלא טרחו לעדכן אותי לפני שהמחיר שונה, לאחר מריבה עם בעל החנות הוא הציע לפרק את הגלגל החדש ולהחזיר לי את הישן עם הפנצ׳ר ללא תיקון בעלות של רק 100₪ על ה״עבודה שלו״.
בקיצור מזעזע, שירות מחריד, לא להתקרב!

Below are the details of the real case,
You arrived at the store with a scooter with a flat tire in the front wheel. You asked, on your own and on your own, to replace it with a solid tire, which is essentially an anti-flat tire that essentially replaces the current tire without the need for an inner tube and prevents future flat tires.
You didn't ask a price, you didn't ask questions, you came prepared and knew what you wanted in advance.
When you came to pay and pick up the vehicle two hours later, you were surprised by the price and thought there had been a mistake in the price.
But there was no mistake in the price. The price for the scooter you brought with the tire size that is relevant to it is 350 NIS, which of course includes the labor cost of dismantling the old tire and installing the new one. You forgot to mention in your monologue that the scooter you brought is not the previous scooter on which you claimed that you replaced a tire for 200 NIS, and that it is a new scooter with different wheel sizes, and therefore the price of the tire is different and more expensive.
