Район Мамилла был построен в 19 веке за стенами Старого города, рядом с воротами Яффо, и служит важным природным мостом, соединяющим Старый город и новый город.

We fulfilled the vision in building this unique and special project that includes a shopping center, a hotel, offices, housing, and parking. Everything is under one roof, combining modern construction in Jerusalem stone with the preservation and restoration of the historic buildings.

The unique location of the project, on the seam line facing the Old City walls, reflects the special reality we are experiencing today. It was about such scenes that it has been said: “There is nothing better than seeing it with your own eyes.”
Moreover, at this point we are standing on the bridge between the past and the future, between the different religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), between peace and uncertainty, between the old and the new – and we look forward to the opening of a new window of opportunity for peace, economic prosperity, and a flourishing in all areas.
