עם הביקוש הגובר, נוצר צורך במעבדה איכותית שתיתן מענה אמין ושירותי, מה שהוביל להקמה במקביל של מעבדת שירות לתיקון האופניים

Scooter Bike был основан Беном Эльмалехом в 2013 году и начал свой путь как небольшой магазин в центре Мора, где продавались только электрические велосипеды, и отвечал потребностям городской молодежи, в основном людей без прав, в качестве экологически чистого решения, которое также позволяет ездить без прав и стоит как самый дешевый вид транспорта.

С ростом спроса возникла потребность в качественной лаборатории, которая бы давала надежный и исправный ответ, что привело к одновременному созданию лаборатории по ремонту велосипедов.
