- A new location of the successful hummus joint, everything made fresh to order, portions are large, the staff are helpful and knowable. Humus dishes are highly recommended, after all this is a hummus. Easy parking all over.

The Beit Aful dates back to 1952, when my grandparents immigrated to Israel and opened a small green shack in the southern neighborhood of Beersheba. In the same hut they served delicious food, prepared with love from family recipes they had brought with them from their home in Egypt.

For many years, the grandmother raising her grandchildren passed on to them the special recipes of their grandparents, which were passed down from generation to generation and are still kept secret, and we, the next generation, add new and wonderful flavors to the old recipes all the time.

We at Beit Aful are proud of the place we have created. A place where every table is served not just a meal, but a full, colorful and beautiful celebration of enticing aromas and an abundance of options and tastes. A place with a pleasant homely atmosphere and fresh food, with the taste of yesteryear, with service that is always accompanied by a big smile. Everything...
