Opening hours:
Monday: 09:00 - 14:00, Tuesday - Friday 09:00 – 12:00 (prescheduled appointments via appointment.bmeia.gv.at )
Tuesday 14:00 - 15:30 and Friday 12:30-14:00 pickup of passports 

Please note the following regulations for appointments: 

wearing of a face mask which covers mouth and nose to protect yourself and the Embassy staff
accompanying persons are required to wait outside 
arriving on time, in case of early arrival, waiting outside
keeping distance 
disinfection of hands
Rescheduling of an appointment in case of COVID symptoms
